Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Admin cum Front Desk
Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess good communication and
administrative skills. Be proficient in Microsoft office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Attending Calls/clients/Guests/visitors,
2. Typing/scanning of documents,
3. Receiving/Sending emails,
4. Keeping record of the stocks of Stationery, Brochures, Petty Cash, etc.
6. Taking care of travel arrangements, airport pick up etc.
8. Maintaining staff attendance records,
+. Filing and keeping record of files,
10. Maintaining office equipment, checking all cartridges, printers, xerox machines etc.
11. To ensure the entire office and its outer areas are clean and neat.
12. Asset maintenance of the company-A/C servicing, pest control, Wifi, etc.
13. Making notes and MOM of the meetings and sending email
14. Accomplishing the tasks assigned by the management time to time.
15. Working on ERP software
Qualifications:
o Graduate from a reputed institute.
o 2 to 3 years of experience in an administrative role
o Strong communication skills (verbal & written) in English; additional languages
preferred.
o Proactive and self-motivated, with a keen interest in real estate.
o Excellent coordination and interpersonal skills to manage multiple clients efficiently.
o Ability to work independently and under pressure.
o Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
