Duties
Greet customers warmly and identify their equipment rental needs through active listening and effective communication
Assist customers in selecting the appropriate equipment to fit the needs of their work/project.
Upsell additional products and services by highlighting benefits and value propositions to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Provide technical advice on rental equipment to best suit the customers needs
Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining proper handling procedures
Collaborate with service technicians and mechanics to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion orders
Maintain organized records of sales transactions,rental workflow, and customer interactions to support efficient operations
Qualifications
Previous experience or background in rental equipment management highly preferred
Strong organizational skills
Proven ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining excellent customer service skills
Proficient with computers and spreadsheets (excel,sheets)
Experience working with customers in a fast-paced environment with a focus on sales and service excellence
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
