- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with prospective clients.
- Understand and articulate the features and benefits of our products or services to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all telephonic interactions and update customer information in the database.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about products or services.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify strategies for improving customer engagement and lead conversion.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
