Responsibilities:
Accurately and efficiently input data into various systems, including databases, spreadsheets, and CRM platforms.
Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Identify and resolve data entry errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain data confidentiality and security in accordance with company policies.
Assist with data cleaning, deduplication, and other data quality initiatives.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or in a similar role.
Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data entry software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bonus Points:
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Knowledge of data entry best practices and quality control procedures.
Experience with data validation and data cleansing techniques.
