Job Description
Required Freshers with great communication Skills.
NIGHT SHIFT
Cabs provided to female employees.
Meals provided.
Eligible for performance based incentives from Day 1.
Note: This role is not to be confused with immigration work.
Responsibilities
• Will be required to source and recruit candidates for U.S.A. recruitment.
• Day to day responsibilities include - Sourcing, screening, calling, shortlisting, negotiating, resume submitting and schedule interviews.
• You will be responsible to interact with the candidates based out in the U.S.A. with a valid work visa OR native citizens over the calls.
• Required to send job description, right to represent and offer emails.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in IT/ Computer Science is preferred.
• Must be an excellent communicator
• Typing speed must not be less than 30 wpm
