Job Description
Interactive Avenues, India’s leading digital agency, is looking to hire a dynamic Public Relations (PR) & Marketing Fresher with 6 Months of relevant work experience (PR agency background preferred).
Key Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
• Help develop and implement strategic PR programs to achieve significant increase in brand awareness
• Conduct regular news scans on industry trends, competitors, awards, thought leadership opportunities, and more
• Manage the end-to-end process of award entries, including coordination with event organizers, agency teams, and finance teams as required
• Help manage the company’s social media handles with innovation and creativity
• Create content for articles, award entries, press releases, social media and more
• Regularly generate new ideas for traditional and non-traditional ways to gain positive publicity, seek out reporters, publications, or channels we haven’t previously used
• Manage timelines and project deadlines for various marketing initiatives
• Work with design teams to create quality creatives for internal and external communication
Desired Skills & Experience
Requirements:
· Fresher to 6 Months of full-time work experience in an agency or PR consultancy.
· Degree/Diploma in Communication/ Public Relations/Journalism
· Excellent understanding of media landscape and social media platforms
· Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
· Excellent writing and communications skills
· Project planning and management abilities
