Fresher Java Developer Remote

Job Direction is looking for a talented Fresher Java Developer to join our remote team. As a Junior Java Developer, you will work under the supervision of more senior software developers to produce high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Java applications that are aligned with the business needs.
The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to learn and adapt quickly, and possess excellent communication skills. You will be working in a collaborative environment with other remote software developers, so experience working in a remote environment preferred.

Responsibilities:
Work with senior developers on designing and implementation of Java applications.
Produce clean, efficient code that meets business requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve technical issues.
Review and debug code.
Work with testing teams to troubleshoot software problems.
Participate in code reviews.
Stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in Java development.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Java Developer or similar role.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
Knowledge of software development principles, and design patterns.
Understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
Familiarity with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB.
Experience working with version control systems like Git.
Good communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
