Usual applicants for this role have a post-graduate degree in Instructional Design, Education, English, Mass Communication, or Comparative Literature. We welcome all candidates who meet the criteria.
About the position
This post is for the role of Junior Instructional Designer based out of Kolkata or Mumbai. Although we are working from home now, this position will require you to attend our offices in the respective cities when the government guidelines allow.

What will you do in this role?
· You will follow organizational processes, systems, and guidelines to work in a multi-functional team.
· Your specific work responsibilities will include:
· Using instructional design strategies to create online learning material for a global target audience
· Analyzing and chunking existing raw content for creating learning material.
· Visualizing screens and animations for online learning
· Creating storyboards for online learning
· Following writing style guides for creating grammatically correct and easy-to-understand online content for learning
· Using MS Word, Excel, and PPT
