Eligibility / Skills Required:
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Experience in International Voice Process
• Exposure to US Healthcare / Medical Billing is mandatory
• Willingness to work in night shifts
• Strong listening and customer-handling skills

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound international voice calls professionally
• Communicate clearly with US-based clients/customers
• Manage healthcare-related queries and medical billing processes
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with process guidelines
• Deliver high-quality customer service and maintain call standards

Salary Details:
• 1 year experience: Up to ₹3 LPA
• 1–2 years relevant experience (International Voice / US Healthcare / Medical Billing): Up to ₹3.6 LPA

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
