Educational Qualification: Graduate/ Diploma In Any Discipline May Apply.
Compensation : 10K Per Candidate + Incentives upon successful joining of the candidate.
Looking For Freelancers Passionate To Work And Grow Themselves In Recruitment Field.
Ideal Candidates Will Be MBA Undergrads/College Graduates / Housewives, People With Special Challenges Who Cannot Work In Regular Employment. Earning Will Be On Revenue Sharing Based Depending Upon closures Done By The Recruiter.
Required Skill Set:
Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skill In English.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Of Candidates Through Referrals, From Schools, College, LinkedIn / Facebook / Twitter And Other
Thorough Assessment Of Candidate’s Skill And Professional Details Over Telephonic Conversation. Interview Scheduling & Reference Check.
