End-to-End Product Development Freelance Position
About the Job

We are looking for a highly experienced Textile Fashion Designer to lead end-to-end development of apparel products on a freelance basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Take full responsibility for each assigned product—from design concept to fabric procurement and final production specs.
• Identify product opportunities aligned with brand positioning and market trends.
• Develop original fashion designs that are commercially viable and globally appealing.
• Create detailed tech packs, flat sketches, CADs, and production-ready documentation.
• Ensure all products meet performance, aesthetic, and cost standards.
Requirements
• 8+ years of proven experience in fashion/textile design with a focus on end-to-end development.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original designs and product development capabilities.
• Hands-on experience in fabric sourcing and vendor coordination.
• Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Ability to create detailed technical packs for manufacturers and suppliers.
• Strong understanding of textiles, patterns, fabric behavior, and garment construction.
