Role Overview:As a Freelance Staffing Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to drive our staffing and recruitment services to new clients. You will identify potential client organizations, build relationships, and present our staffing solutions. This is a remote freelance position, offering flexibility in managing your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential client organizations by researching and networking.
Client Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers in client companies to understand their staffing needs.
Needs Assessment: Conduct in-depth discussions with clients to understand their specific hiring requirements and challenges.
Solution Presentation: Create and deliver persuasive presentations that outline the benefits of partnering with Exxceliq Solutiions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present staffing proposals, including pricing and contract terms.
Sales Negotiation: Engage in effective negotiation to close deals and meet revenue targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, labor market conditions, and competitors to inform sales strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in staffing and recruitment sales, with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of staffing and recruitment services, including temporary, permanent, and contract placements.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• An understanding of workforce trends and labor markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Familiarity with CRM software for managing client relationships.
• Prior experience working in a remote or freelance capacity.
