Duties
Create, alter, and repair garments according to client requests and specifications
Measure and cut fabric accurately to ensure proper fit and design integrity
Operate sewing machines and other related equipment efficiently and safely
Collaborate with clients or project managers to understand design requirements
Maintain organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly stored
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines
Source fabrics and materials as needed for various projects
Ensure finished products meet quality standards before delivery or shipment
Skills
Proven experience in sewing, tailoring, or garment construction
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes related to apparel production
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory management and material handling
Excellent attention to detail and precision in craftsmanship
Ability to interpret design sketches and technical drawings
Strong time management skills to handle multiple projects efficiently
Good communication skills
