Freelance Recruiter Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to join our team and help us source top talent for freelance and contract roles across various industries.
Responsibilities:
• Talent Sourcing: Identifying and attracting top talent for freelance and contract roles, utilizing multiple platforms (job boards, social media, networks, etc.), actively reaching out to passive candidates, building relationships, and creating talent pipelines.
• Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conducting initial phone or video screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit, reviewing resumes, portfolios, and applications to identify qualified candidates, and evaluating and presenting a shortlist of candidates to hiring managers or clients.
• Client Communication: Providing regular updates on the status of recruitment efforts, working closely with clients to understand their needs and project requirements, and assisting clients in defining job descriptions and requirements.
• Contract Management: Facilitating contract negotiations between clients and freelancers, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with legal and payment terms.
• Market Research & Strategy: Staying up-to-date with trends in the gig economy and freelance market, advising clients on competitive compensation packages and talent trends.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably with a focus on freelancing or contract roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment platforms, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with various industries (technology, marketing, creative, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple open roles at once and prioritize effectively.
