Ideal Candidate
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions for US based K-12 students within 4 to 5 designated hours, (between 10 PM to 6 AM IST) through personalised learning plans based on students' grade level, needs, and academic goals.
• Use various online teaching methods, tools, and resources to create engaging and effective learning experiences, adapting your approach as needed to help students improve.
• Provide clear and effective instructions, guidance, and feedback to enhance students' comprehension and to provide information on future tutoring sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions, including attendance, progress notes, and relevant information to deliver comprehensive progress reports.
• Responsibility and ownership to connect with Team Leaders and mentors to review QA analysis, session KPIs, and overall performance to continuously improve yourself.
• Perform any assigned or necessary additional duties as directed by your team leads or by the organisation.
• Effectively use pre-prepared lesson plans, making real-time adjustments to meet the specific needs and learning pace of each student.
• Thoroughly plan each session in advance to ensure a structured and comprehensive learning experience for students.
• Track and document student progress and outcomes, reporting any significant issues to the relevant stakeholders.
• Complete any required administrative tasks, such as session reporting and attendance tracking, in a timely manner.
• Work collaboratively with other tutors and educational staff to share best practices and resources.
The Profile
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Desktop or laptop: Intel i3/i5 or higher, Windows 10 or higher, Google Chrome or Firefox browser.
• 8GB RAM or higher, CPU Core of 7300 pr higher, and 500 GB HDD or 120 GB SSD storage
• Noise-cancelling headphones, microphone, webcam, second monitor, mouse, keyboard, speakers, and pen tablet.
• Minimum 100 mbps broadband wired network. 25 mbps backup internet. Shared links are not allowed (e.g. PG, hostel, public Wi-Fi, or hotspots).
• Backup power stations lasting at least 8 hours for computer and internet modem (inbuilt battery or UPS).
JOINING REQUIREMENTS
Must complete 4 weeks of intensive certification training program (4 hours per day)
Must complete a background verification process and FBI fingerprint verification post onboarding.
