Freelance LinkedIn & Personal Brand Marketing Partner (Part-Time)About the Opportunity
I am a psychotherapist and counselor based in Bangalore, India, looking for a part-time freelance marketing partner to help strengthen my personal brand and online presence, primarily on LinkedIn.
After a 25+ year career in leadership, sales, and business development within technology companies, I transitioned into psychotherapy and counseling. Today, I work with professionals navigating pressure, burnout, life transitions, relationships, identity questions, and emotional well-being.
I am looking for someone who can help build a thoughtful, authentic, and credible online presence that reflects both my professional expertise and lived experience.
Responsibilities
You will work closely with me on:
• Personal brand strategy and positioning
• Content ideation and planning
• LinkedIn content creation and optimisation
• Thought leadership and audience growth
• Development of content themes and content pillars
• Creation of visual assets using Canva or similar tools
• Conceptualisation and editing of short-form video content
• Community engagement and performance tracking
Ideal Candidate
You may be a good fit if you have experience in:
• LinkedIn marketing
• Personal branding
• Content strategy and content creation
• Thought leadership marketing
• Social media management
• Professional services marketing
Experience working with therapists, psychologists, coaches, consultants, trainers, or other expertise-based businesses would be an advantage.
Engagement Details
• Part-time freelance role
• Approximately 15–25 hours per week
• Initial engagement of 3 months
• Potential for ongoing collaboration based on mutual fit and results
• Remote work; Bangalore-based candidates are welcome but not required
