About the Role
We're looking for a creative and reliable freelance iPhone videographer to capture high-quality real estate video content for our brand. This is a straightforward, no-editing-required role. Your job is to show up, shoot great footage of properties, and deliver the raw files. If you have a great eye for framing, lighting, and showcasing spaces, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Attend scheduled shoots at real estate properties (residential and/or commercial)
Capture high-quality walkthrough and property footage using your iPhone
Highlight key features of each property — curb appeal, interior spaces, finishes, and surroundings
Deliver raw footage promptly after each shoot
Communicate professionally and reliably to confirm and coordinate shoot logistics
What We're Looking For
Must own an iPhone 15 or newer (required — this is the primary capture device)
Strong understanding of iPhone video capabilities (resolution settings, stabilization, lighting, etc.)
A good eye for composition, framing, and natural lighting — especially in interior spaces
Ability to capture clean, smooth walkthroughs and property highlights
Dependable, punctual, and easy to work with
Ability to take direction and follow a shot list when provided
Prior real estate, architectural, or property videography experience is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Schedule
$85 flat rate per shoot — shoots typically last 1–2 hours, no editing required
Minimum of 6 shoots per month, with potential for more
Flexible scheduling coordinated in advance
