Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Freelance HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs by identifying, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates for various job openings. You’ll work closely with us to understand specific role requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and ensure timely and successful hires.
Responsibilities:
• Understand hiring requirements for various roles across technical and non-technical domains.
• Create and post compelling job ads on job boards, social media, and freelance platforms.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and direct outreach.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess fit and interest.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams or hiring managers.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates and support the onboarding process.
• Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting progress and metrics.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as an HR recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (freelance or agency background preferred).
• Excellent sourcing techniques and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities independently.
• Experience recruiting for (insert domain, e.g., IT, software, operations, sales, etc.) roles is a big plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and results-driven.
