Based in Sydney, we create fashion that blends old-money sophistication with a rebellious edge. As we expand our design footprint, we're looking to collaborate with creative minds in India who are ready to make an impact.
Who We're Looking For
We're on the lookout for freelance fashion designers (based in India) with a strong background in streetwear fashion and a passion for designing for both men and women. If you're a fashion graduate with prior industry experience and a portfolio that showcases originality and flair, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
• Design fresh and innovative streetwear styles for men and women
• Develop sketches, tech packs, and prototypes that reflect the Ariiston brand
• Work closely with embroidery and textile teams to finalise fabric choices and detailing
• Collaborate on fittings and sample development to ensure garment quality and fit
• Stay informed on emerging trends and contribute to seasonal collections
What You'll Bring
• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field
• Prior experience working in the fashion industry (preferably in streetwear or contemporary fashion)
• Strong sketching, garment construction, and tech pack skills
• Experience working with embroidery, textiles, and sample development
• A creative, bold, and detail-oriented approach to design
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
