Freelance Fashion Designer for Men's T-shirt

Responsibilities**:

- Researching and analyzing current men's fashion trends to inform t-shirt design
- Creating sketches and digital designs for men's t-shirts that are on-trend and marketable
- Developing technical specifications and production-ready designs for t-shirt production
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure that designs are executed correctly
- Communicating with clients and team members to ensure that designs meet their needs and expectations
- Managing multiple design projects simultaneously and meeting project deadlines
- Continuously researching and staying up-to-date on men's fashion trends to inform future designs
• *Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in fashion design or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in fashion design, specifically in men's t-shirt design
- Strong understanding of men's fashion trends and the ability to create designs that are on-trend and marketable
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
- A portfolio of previous work demonstrating experience in men's t-shirt design
