Freelance Fashion Designer – Capsule Workwear Collection

Job description
We’re a UK-based early stage startup creating a new kind of workwear . Practical and comfortable, built for people in construction but inspired by the performance and feel of hiking gear.

We're looking for a freelance fashion designer to help us design a 3–5 piece capsule collection, starting with trousers.

✅ What We Need From You:

Design 3–5 key pieces focused on movement, utility, and comfort.

Suggest materials (especially sustainable options).

Provide sketches and detailed tech packs.

Help us shape the brand's early look and feel.

Communicate clearly, as we’ll be working remotely.

✅ Ideal Skills Experience:

Degree in Fashion Design (or equivalent practical experience).

Experience with workwear, outerwear, or active/performance wear.

Ability to think on your feet and help shape the creative direction.

Have engaging communication skills. Clarity and collaboration matter to us.

Bonus: familiarity with brands like True Tailor Co.

Timeline Commitment:

Start: ASAP

Duration: ~4–6 weeks

Flexible schedule . So work when it suits you, as long as we stay in communication throughout the duration of the project.
