Freelance Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive
Company: CPOPZ – Print on Demand Clothing Brand
Location: Kerala (Remote / Work From Home)
Job Type: Freelance / Part-Time
About CPOPZ
CPOPZ is a growing Print-on-Demand clothing brand specializing in custom T-shirts, oversized T-shirts, shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts, and all-over print apparel. We are looking for a creative and passionate freelancer to join our team.
Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design
Create unique T-shirt and shirt printing designs.
Design festival collections (Onam, Christmas, Eid, Diwali, etc.).
Prepare print-ready files (300 DPI, PNG with transparent background).
Create mockups for products and promotional campaigns.
Ensure all artwork is original and suitable for commercial printing.
Social Media Management
Create engaging Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok posts, reels, and stories.
Plan and maintain a monthly content calendar.
Write attractive captions and relevant hashtags.
Reply to customer comments and direct messages.
Monitor social media trends and suggest creative marketing ideas.
Branding & Marketing
Design promotional banners, posters, and advertisements.
Create website banners and email marketing graphics.
Assist in launching new collections and seasonal campaigns.
Maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms.Requirements
Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software.
Good knowledge of social media marketing.
Creative thinking and attention to detail.
Basic understanding of print-on-demand and apparel design.
Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Knowledge of Malayalam and English is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
Experience in T-shirt or apparel graphic design.
Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools.
Video editing for Instagram Reels.
Experience creating e-commerce or fashion brand content.
Compensation
Freelance / Project-based / Monthly payment (based on experience).
