We are hiring a Freelance Editor of Technology Content with immediate availability, with 5+ years of experience required. In this role, you’ll write and edit B2B technology content for one of our largest and fastest growing accounts – a Fortune 200 company, whose accolades include Content Marketing Program of the Year. The hourly rate in the D.C. area is $50-$80/hour.
Responsibilities
Lead editorial and messaging direction for B2B technology content.
In keeping with client brand parameters, own editorial calendar development, content creation and content editing on a variety of content projects.
Hone and develop multidiscipline marketing and content campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with analytics, audience engagement and performance marketing to support content strategy with data-driven creative ideas.
Assign stories to and work closely with freelance writers as needed.
Attend and cover industry events as needed.
Identify opportunities to bring brand and marketing insights to wider content program.
Requirements
Freelance availability late March 2026, for up to 40 hours per week, required.
5+ years of professional writing experience including ex
