Job Responsibilities
As a Freelance Business Development Executive, your primary responsibility will be to manage and convert qualified leads provided by the company. You will be responsible for guiding potential customers throughout the entire sales process.
Your responsibilities include:
Contacting potential leads provided by GrowthCampus via phone, WhatsApp, email, or other communication channels.
Understanding the candidate's educational and career goals.
Explaining our programs, features, benefits, and value proposition.
Following up with interested prospects and addressing their queries.
Building strong relationships with potential customers to increase conversions.
Managing the complete sales cycle, from the first interaction to successful enrollment.
Maintaining accurate records of conversations and updating the CRM regularly.
Achieving assigned weekly and monthly conversion targets.
Coordinating with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for enrolled candidates.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build rapport with prospective customers.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule.
Prior experience in sales, business development, telesales, or education counseling is preferred but not mandatory.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools are an advantage.
