This important position entails caring for patients who currently do not have a family doctor while hospitalized. • Care for hospitalized patients lacking family doctor connections
• Work closely with specialists across various medical fields
• Accurately document patient assessments and care plans
• Provide clear communication to patients and families
• Uphold best practices for patient safety and treatment Requirements:
• Licensed with CPSBC and eligible for practice
• CCFP and ACLS certifications are mandatory
• Hospitalist experience is advantageous
