Franchise Development Manager – Target-Oriented Job

We are looking for highly motivated and result-oriented Franchise Development Managers to expand our franchise network across Bihar. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential franchise investors, generating leads, conducting business presentations, developing new franchise partners, and achieving assigned monthly and annual franchise acquisition targets.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new franchise partners across Bihar.
Generate and manage franchise investment leads.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective investors.
Explain the company's franchise model, investment plans, products, and business opportunities.
Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual franchise acquisition targets.
Develop strong relationships with investors, business owners, and potential franchisees.
Conduct market research and identify new locations for franchise expansion.
Coordinate with management for franchise onboarding and documentation.
Maintain regular follow-up with prospective franchise partners.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and franchise development reports.
Travel within Bihar as required for business development activities.
Target-Oriented Performance

This is a strictly target-oriented position. Performance will be evaluated primarily on:

Qualified franchise leads generated
Franchise meetings and presentations conducted
Franchise agreements completed
New franchise partners acquired
Investment/business volume generated
Monthly and quarterly target achievement
Experience

Required Experience: 2–5 years in Business Development, Sales, Franchise Development, Real Estate Sales, Financial Products, Retail Expansion, or a related field.

Freshers with exceptional communication and sales ability may also be considered for suitable positions.
