Job Description:
As a Framing Carpenter, handling work orders and managing projects catering to commercial and industrial clients will be your primary role. Projects may vary from door installation, hardware and concrete work, demolition, and even new construction and renovation sites. Your work location can differ daily, stretching within a one to one and a half-hour radius of the office, including frequent visits to their largest client. The successful candidate must be equipped with good problem-solving ability, independence, and exercise a high level of customer service. The role offers competitive pay starting from $25-$28 per hour, with mileage reimbursement for job sites.
Hard Skills:
• Steel and metal frames are also cost-effective and require less maintenance than traditional framing materials
• The main advantage of using acoustical tile ceilings is that they can significantly reduce the amount of noise pollution in a room
• Cabinetry
• Countertops
• When working with light concrete, it is important to carefully manage the curing process to ensure that the concrete reaches the desired strength and durability
• Light demolition
• Commercial doors and hardware can be installed using a variety of materials, such as steel, fiberglass, or wood, depending on the specific requirements of the project
• Being able to work independently and problem-solve with limited resources are other soft skills that can be honed through hands-on experience with tools
• Possessing the ability to work autonomously with a high level of responsibility
• Problem-solving skills
• Ensuring customer needs are met and exceeded is a key to achieving long-term success
• Presentability
