Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Framer/Carpenter to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in framing, carpentry, and related construction activities. This role involves working on residential, commercial, and restoration projects, utilizing a variety of tools and techniques to deliver high-quality craftsmanship. Duties

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute projects accurately
Frame walls, floors, ceilings, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools
Perform concrete forming, finishing, and related tasks as required by project specifications
Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes
Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and moving materials around the job site
Use welding techniques for structural repairs or custom fabrications when necessary
Assist with restoration projects by repairing or replacing damaged structures
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency on-site
Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
