Overview
Gissah is a prestigious luxury fragrance house, renowned for storytelling through scent and its Arabian perfumery. As part of our UK expansion, we have opened our first flagship store on Oxford Street, and are seeking experienced and passionate Fragrance Advisors to join our team and represent the brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for fragrace, and the ability to engage with diverse customers. Duties
Greet customers warmly and provide attentive assistance throughout their shopping experience
Offer product information and recommendations tailored to customer needs
Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining excellent customer service standards
Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure attractive product displays that enhance the shopping environment
Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash and card payments
Manage stock levels by organising and replenishing merchandise on the shop floor
Assist with inventory counts and stock organisation to support efficient store operations
Provide courteous phone etiquette when responding to customer inquiries or follow-up calls
Support team members with organisational tasks as needed
Skills
1-3 years' experience in luxury retail, beauty or fashion
Fluency in English
Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers
Organised with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy periods
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management
Knowledge of merchandising principles to create appealing displays that attract customers
Ability to demonstrate good phone etiquette when engaging with clients over the phone
Proven ability in upselling techniques that enhance sales performance without compromising customer satisfaction
Organisational skills necessary for maintaining an orderly retail environment and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously

Part-time and full-time positions available (20-45 hours)
