Job Title – Fire Door Carpenter - 4-month project
Location – Romford
Salary - £180 - £220 Day Rate (possible for higher rate is traveling for work)

My client is a Passive Fire company providing service to commercial and residential property. Established over 7 years they have a fantastic reputation for great service. Covering London, South East of England, East Anglia, and the Midlands.
About the job
My client has a large project about to start in Romford which will last 4 months, we are looking for 7 Fire door carpenters to assist with the project. there are permanent and temporary positions available
• 1st & 2d fix of Fire Doors
• Fire Door Repairs – Hinges and locks
• intumescent Strips
• Compartmentalisation
About the successful applicant
You will have good experience specifically with Fire Doors and be up to date with all relevant safety regulations. A passion for the passive fire industry is a must. Most of the work is in London and home counties, however, you MUST have good access to the Bedfordshire area as this is where you will be collecting the fire doors from.
To be successful you will have:
1. Experience in all aspects of Fire Doors
2. NVQ 2 in Carpentry (as a minimum)
3. FDIS Diploma or BRE Fire Door Installation Certificate ideal (not essential)
4. Full UK Licence & Own Tools
Package
• Competitive Salary (dependent on experience and qualifications)
• Company van & Uniform & Fuel card - (If permanent position )
