We are looking for a Founder's Office Intern who will work directly with the founder and leadership team across Strategy, Growth, Sales, Partnerships, and Operations .
This role is ideal for high-ownership, entrepreneurial individuals who want hands-on exposure to building and scaling a fintech company.
Role Overview
As a Founder's Office Intern , you will work across multiple strategic and operational initiatives, including business growth, partnerships, sales, operations, and strategic planning . You will play a key role in helping drive execution across various business functions.
This is a high-impact role with significant learning and ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry research
Identify and reach out to potential clients and partners
Support outbound sales and lead generation initiatives
Assist in preparing proposals, pitches, and business decks
Support partnership discussions and onboarding
Support day-to-day operational initiatives
Support go-to-market strategies
Requirements
Strong interest in fintech, startups, or technology businesses
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
High ownership and execution mindset
Self-driven and proactive personality
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Prior internship or experience in startups, consulting, sales, or strategy
Experience with market research or business development
Interest in fintech, startups, or emerging technology
Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach or CRM tools is a plus
