We're hiring at BeyondGifts.

We're looking for a Founder's Associate to join us in Jaipur — right hand to our founder as we scale one of India's most thoughtful D2C gifting brands.

This isn't a "shadow the founder" role. You'll own real outcomes from week one — operations, vendor management, team coordination, hiring, marketing reviews, finance check-ins. You'll sit in on every important conversation, drive accountability across the team, and help me make better decisions, faster.

What we're looking for:

→ Sharp, structured thinker who moves from strategy to execution in the same breath

→ High ownership — you close loops without being chased

→ Comfortable with chaos and context-switching (gifting season is no joke)

→ Strong written and verbal communication

→ Curious about D2C, startups, and brand-building

→ 1–4 years of experience — resume is secondary if the energy is right
