We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Field Service Cloud Architect to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of enterprise-scale Salesforce Field Service solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Field Service, integrations, mobility solutions, scheduling and optimization, and enterprise architecture practices. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, solution architects, delivery teams, and leadership to drive successful digital field service transformations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Field Service Cloud implementations.
• Define scalable and secure architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices and enterprise standards.
• Design Field Service capabilities including:
• Work Orders
• Service Appointments
• Work Types
• Service Territories
• Service Resources & Crews
• Skills Management
• Scheduling & Optimization
• Dispatcher Console
• Mobile Workforce Solutions
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Architect integrations between Salesforce and ERP, CRM, CPQ, Inventory, GIS, IoT, and third-party applications.
• Provide guidance on data migration, data governance, security, and performance optimization.
• Conduct architecture reviews, design workshops, and solution governance activities.
• Mentor developers, technical leads, and administrators throughout project delivery.
• Support estimation, solutioning, RFP responses, and pre-sales engagements.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and platform best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 10+ years of CRM implementation experience with at least 5+ years in Salesforce architecture.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Field Service (FSL/FSC) and Service Cloud.
• Hands-on experience designing complex field service solutions for large enterprises.

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and release management practices.

Preferred Experience
• Experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Telecommunications, Healthcare, or Field Service-intensive industries.
• Experience with ServiceMax, IoT integrations, Asset Management, or Connected Service solutions.
• Exposure to Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Predictive Scheduling capabilities.
• Experience leading global delivery teams across onshore and offshore locations.
