Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Formwork Carpenter Helper/Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist skilled carpenters in various construction concrete formwork projects. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed.

Duties
• Assist carpenters in the construction
• Utilize hand tools effectively for tasks such as measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Support concrete forming processes by preparing and pouring concrete as directed.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency on-site.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks during construction activities.

Experience
• Previous experience in carpentry or construction is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
• Familiarity with hand tools used in carpentry work.
• Basic knowledge of concrete forming techniques is advantageous.
• Experience with heavy equipment operation is a plus.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the workday.

Job Type: Full-time
