Job Description
Construct and install outdoor structures such as decks, fences, pergolas, and gazebos according to design specifications and building codes.
Measure, cut, and shape wood, composite materials, and other building materials using hand and power tools.
Formwork Carpentry.
Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of project plans.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage and care of tools and equipment.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members.
Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors to coordinate project timelines and deliverables.
Troubleshoot and problem-solve construction challenges as they arise during the project lifecycle.
Complete projects within established timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, preferably in the landscaping or outdoor construction industry.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
Strong carpentry skills, including measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and composite materials.
Familiarity with a wide range of hand and power tools used in carpentry and outdoor construction.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to outdoor structures and landscaping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
Salary according to experience
