Job Overview
Northstone Concrete Inc. is a growing concrete construction company specializing in residential foundations, ICF (Insulated Concrete Forms), architectural concrete, and structural concrete projects throughout the Lower Mainland, Fraser Valley, and Sea-to-Sky region.

Responsibilities
Build and strip concrete formwork for residential projects
Install footing forms, wall forms, suspended slabs, and stairs
Read and interpret construction drawings and layouts
Measure, cut, and assemble lumber and formwork systems
Install bracing, embeds, and anchor bolts
Assist with concrete pours and finishing when required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite
Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining quality workmanship
Qualifications
3+ years of concrete formwork experience
Experience with residential foundations (ICF experience is an asset)
Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings
Valid Class 5 driver's license and reliable transportation
Comfortable using power tools and construction equipment
Physically fit and able to lift 50+ lbs
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance
