ChangeGroup / Prosegur Change is one of the world's largest companies providing travel currency and payment service solutions. We are growing fast and are now looking for people who want to join us on our exciting journey in New Zealand specifically for Auckland location.

After establishing fully functional several branches at Wellington, Queenstown and Auckland CBD last year, we are expecting to open more branches at Auckland and so further thrilled to announce several full-time opportunities for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Consultants.

The role as a Sales Consultant at ChangeGroup and Prosegur Change means a stimulating everyday life where no two days are the same. As an employee in one or more of our branches, you work actively together with your team, which is characterized by joy, interaction, and business acumen - always with a high-class customer focus.
Your duties vary but primarily include:
Work in the cashier line, mediating our main services: sale and purchase of currency
Continuous work against money laundering and training in current regulations and procedures
Management of administrative tasks to support and follow up our sales
Participation in day-to-day sales activities and marketing projects
We are looking for individuals with the following qualities:
Flexible to work in the weekends and at various shift times during the weekdays
Driven and solution-oriented person who is passionate about sales, customer service and working towards set goals,
Service-oriented and, always eager to deliver the best possible services for the highest possible profitability,
Responsible and have an eye for details, and complete tasks with great accuracy and in timely manner,
Team player who enjoys collaborating with others,
Good hands own computer knowledge, mainly within Microsoft Office suits,
Have customer service experience or worked/work in sales activities
You are fluent in English, your fluency in other languages would be advantageous.
