Position Overview
We are looking for creative and passionate Footwear Designers — Interns, Freshers, and Experienced (1–5 years) — to join our design team.
🚨 Note: This position is only open for candidates based in Delhi NCR, India. Applications from other locations will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
• Design & Conceptualization: Create original footwear designs through sketches, renderings, and mood boards aligned with brand identity and market trends.
• Market Research: Study fashion and footwear trends, materials, and production techniques to guide design direction.
• Material & Color Selection: Identify suitable materials, textures, and color palettes for seasonal collections.
• Prototyping & Sampling: Develop prototypes, conduct fit sessions, and ensure comfort, design quality, and accuracy.
• Technical Drawings: Prepare detailed technical specifications for production and quality assurance.

• Software Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
• Creativity: Strong conceptualization, sketching, and visualization skills.
• Attention to Detail: Excellent focus on design precision, materials, and finishing.
• Teamwork & Communication: Strong collaboration and interpersonal abilities.
• Problem-Solving: Innovative mindset for design and production challenges.
