Football Coach Required – VIBGYOR High, Borivali (Mumbai) ⚽*
Greetings!
VIBGYOR High, Borivali, is inviting applications from dynamic, passionate, and qualified Football Coaches to join our *Sports & Performing Arts (SPA) Department* for the Academic Year 2026-27.
Position: Football Coach
Location: VIBGYOR High, Borivali, Mumbai
• Key Responsibilities:*
✅ Conduct football coaching sessions for students across different age groups.
✅ Train and prepare school teams for inter-school, district, state, and national-level competitions.
✅ Plan and execute structured training programs focusing on skill development, fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
✅ Organize team selections, practice sessions, and match preparations.
✅ Maintain attendance records, assessments, and student progress reports.
✅ Ensure safety and discipline during training and competitions.
✅ Coordinate with school management, SPA department, parents, and external tournament organizers.
✅ Support school sports events, annual sports day, and other related activities, etc
• Eligibility Criteria:*
✔ Football coaching certification (AIFF License preferred).
✔ Minimum 2-3 years of coaching experience in schools, academies, or clubs.
✔ Strong communication and student management skills.
✔ Knowledge of Microsoft Teams, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
✔ Passion for developing young athletes and promoting sports culture.
• Preferred Skills:*
⭐ Experience in handling school football teams from Under 08 to Under 17.
⭐ Tournament management experience.
⭐ Basic first-aid and injury management knowledge.
⭐ Ability to conduct fitness and conditioning sessions.
