Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. This role is vital in ensuring smooth food preparation and service, contributing to a positive experience for both staff and customers. The Kitchen Assistant will assist with basic food prep, cleaning, and organization tasks, helping to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety within the kitchen. Responsibilities

Assist with washing, peeling, chopping, and preparing ingredients for cooking
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen surfaces, utensils, and equipment in accordance with health standards
Support chefs and cooks with basic food preparation tasks as needed
Restock supplies and ensure ingredients are stored properly
Dispose of waste responsibly and keep the kitchen organized
Follow all safety and sanitation policies to ensure a safe working environment
Assist with setting up dining areas or serving stations when required
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and notifying supervisors of shortages
Skills

Strong attention to cleanliness and detail to maintain hygiene standards
Knowledge of Russian Language.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while following safety protocols
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
Basic knowledge of food safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting or moving supplies
Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn new skills
Prior experience in a kitchen or food service setting is a plus but not necessary; enthusiasm for working in culinary environments is valued
This role is ideal for motivated individuals seeking hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while contributing to a welcoming dining environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$24.19 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
