Now Hiring: Festival Cashier (Food Truck)
We are looking for a fast, reliable cashier to join our team for the upcoming busy festival season.
Our food truck participates in major events across Ottawa including Poutine Fest, Rib Fest, fairs, and music festivals.
This is a high-energy environment, perfect for someone who thrives under pressure and enjoys working with people.
What we’re looking for:
Fast-paced and efficient under pressure
Comfortable using a POS system
Able to handle multiple orders at once (2+ at a time)
Strong customer service skills
Confident speaking loudly and clearly to customers
Reliable and punctual

April 24–26
May 1–3
May 15–17
May 22–24
May 29–31
June 5–7
June 26–28
July 1
July dates TBD
July 31–August 2 (Sudbury, out of town)
August 6–9
August 13–16
September 11–13
September 18–20
September 24–27
Hours:
Typically 10:45 AM – 9:30 PM
Fairs 11am-11pm
Some days may run longer
Sundays are usually shorter shifts
Additional Info:
Must be available for most listed dates
Out-of-town event (Sudbury) requires availability to travel
Experience in food service is an asset, but not required
Pay: From $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25.0 – 40.0 per week
