Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist based in Ratnagiri. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting experiments, developing new food products, and ensuring product safety and quality. Daily tasks include analyzing food samples, improving food processing techniques, and maintaining compliance with food safety regulations. The role also involves collaborating with other departments for product development and innovation.

Qualifications
• Experience in food product development and food safety
• Knowledge of food science, microbiology, and chemistry
• Ability to conduct experiments and analyze food samples
• Experience in improving food processing techniques
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
