Job Description:
As a Front Counter Team Member at Ultimate Burger, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll play a key role in creating a positive dining experience by providing excellent customer service, processing orders efficiently, and helping to maintain a clean, inviting restaurant atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and assist with menu selections.
Accurately process orders using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy.
Share knowledge about our menu and organic ingredients to enhance the guest experience.
Address guest questions or concerns promptly and courteously.
Keep the front counter and dining area clean and organized.
Assist with restocking supplies and condiments.
Support the team with additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math and cash-handling skills.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
