Food Server/Cashier/Customer service

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with their orders.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the cash register.
Handle cash and credit card payments while ensuring proper change is given.
Assist in food preparation and maintain food safety standards.
Promote menu items through effective upselling techniques to enhance customer experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space.
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Requirements

Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment.
Familiarity with cashiering duties and basic math skills for handling transactions.
Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Team player attitude with a willingness to help others as needed.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
