We are seeking an experienced and passionate Food Production Teacher to join our culinary arts program. The successful candidate will teach students the skills and knowledge required to succeed in the food production industry, including food safety, nutrition, and culinary techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Teach food production classes to students of varying skill levels and ages.
2. Develop and implement engaging lesson plans, curriculum, and assessments.
3. Demonstrate and instruct students in food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation.
4. Emphasize food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices in all classes.
5. Supervise and guide students in kitchen labs, ensuring a safe and productive learning environment.
6. Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records.
7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
8. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and refine the culinary arts program.

10. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen classroom.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
2. Teaching certification or experience in vocational education.
3. Proven industry experience in food production, culinary arts, or a related field.
4. Strong knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and culinary techniques.
5. Excellent communication, instructional, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
2. Specialized certifications (e.g., CEC, CPC, or CFSE).
3. Experience with curriculum development and program management.
4. Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology.
