Job Description
Preparation and Presentation of Cuisine
• Pull food from freezer storage to thaw in the refrigerator and ensure the quality of the food items.
• Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials and inform Food Beverage service staff of menu specials and out of stock menu items.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others and support team to reach common goals.
The role requires strong communication skills, as you will be interacting with other employees, management, and guests to meet their needs and expectations.
