Job Summary:
The Food and Beverage Executive is responsible for supporting the smooth operation of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring excellent guest experiences, maintaining service standards, and assisting in achieving revenue and profitability goals. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service.
• Ensure service standards are consistently met or exceeded.
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain high-quality food and beverage offerings.
• Monitor guest feedback and work towards continuous improvement.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Support in planning and executing events and promotions.
• Train, motivate, and supervise FB service team members.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Analyze sales data and assist in developing strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in a similar Food and Beverage supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of food and beverage trends and service techniques.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and guest service focus.
