Welcome to the Holiday Inn family! We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Food Beverage Attendant to join our team at our beautiful hotel. As a Food Beverage Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in our restaurant and banquet facilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage, has a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to delivering an unforgettable experience for our guests. If you possess excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, we would love to hear from you!

Greet and welcome guests to the restaurant and banquet facilities in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest requests and dietary restrictions are met.
Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area, ensuring all tables are properly set and stocked with necessary items.
Provide excellent customer service by anticipating guests' needs and addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.
Assist with setting up and breaking down banquet events, including arranging tables and chairs, setting up decorations, and ensuring all guest needs are met.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date on menu items, specials, and promotions to provide knowledgeable recommendations and answer any guest questions.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for guests and staff.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant and banquet facilities.
Attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings to stay informed about hotel policies, procedures, and promotions.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests, coworkers, and management at all times.
Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or discrepancies to management.
Adhere to all company and industry regulations, including alcohol service and food handling guidelines.
Continuously strive to improve service standards and exceed guest expectations.
Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
