Crown is the ultimate destination for elevated dining ranging from relaxed eateries to premium venues. There’s truly something for everyone.
We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest‑focused people to join our highly regarded Food & Beverage teams on a full‑time, part‑time or casual basis. In this role, you’ll help create memorable dining experiences through your genuine care and positive energy.
Job responsibilities
Bring outstanding service to life with your time‑management skills.
Nailing the details from menu knowledge to those little touches guests never forget.
Welcoming guests with warmth as a host.
Run plates like a pro.
Crafting coffees with your barista skills.
Owning your section with confidence.
Light up the bar with your cocktail magic.
Current opportunities in our venues are:
Epicurean – Buffet restaurant with an open‑kitchen dining
In‑Room Dining – Serving hotel guests (overnight flexibility required)
Mahogany Bar & Lounge – Serving our casino guests
Nobu – Modern Japanese fusion
Events – Bring bespoke events to life
About you

Holding a current NSW RSA
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences
Reliable, with a positive and professional attitude
Skilled at managing time in a fast‑paced environment
(Bonus) Able to communicate in Cantonese, Mandarin or Japanese

EA Rate: 26.96 plus super plus penalty rate.
