At Shangri-La Sydney, we believe in creating extraordinary moments for our guests. As a Food and Beverage Attendant in the Lobby Lounge, you will be an essential part of our team, ensuring guests receive friendly, attentive service in a vibrant and welcoming environment.
What you’ll do:
Provide excellent customer service, greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their dining experience.
Serve food and beverages efficiently and professionally, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area to uphold the highest standards.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables in a timely manner.
Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service and a positive atmosphere.
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Support additional tasks as required by the Food & Beverage Management team.
What makes you perfect for this role:
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential.
Friendly and approachable with excellent communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering outstanding service.
